    Wonderful German Silver Veteran’s Badge of Private Charles W. Weiser Co. A. 148 PA Vol. Inf.. Private Weiser was shot in the Wheatfield on July 2nd 1863.  The badge fealties his name, regiment, an American Flag as well as a Second Corps badge.

    Charles W. Weiser - Residence Millheim PA; 18 years old. Enlisted on 8/22/1862 as a Private. On 8/25/1862 he mustered into "A" Co. PA 148th Infantry. He was listed as: Wounded 7/2/1863 Gettysburg, PA.  He was discharged on 5/19/1865. After the War he lived in Burbank, OH.

    Comes housed in 6 x 8 riker display case with red velvet and descriptive card.
