A rare and remarkable find: an original retail box labeled “One Dozen Extra Finished XX Oval Tobacco Boxes – C.J.H. & Son”, containing five oval-shaped Parker Patent snuff boxes in excellent, unused condition. These small, polished metal tins were designed for carrying tobacco or snuff and are prized for their smooth, ergonomic design and hinged lids.

Though the original box was intended to hold twelve, this lot includes five pristine examples, still nestled with remnants of the original protective tissue.
